My department just learned this week that we are now the de facto tech support resource for an entire division of our company. Heretofore we have been strictly concerned with vendors' fees and such things. Now, we are assisting with everything related to the system this division uses, from logins to online order submissions. The FUN part is that we don't actually have ACCESS to any of this ourselves...
