Journal: Samsung tablet allowd in Dutch appeal

In a dutch appeal samsung is allowed (dutch) to keep importing the galaxy tab. The model right are not enough for this. The current iPad deviates too much from the 2004 sketches, and there was prior art in other tables and a registion by bloomburg. Samsung is importing through the Netherlands, so this has implication for europe. Also judges in other european countries will probably look at this.
