Journal: Free or Cheap Video Conference Software

I am member of a family with 6 kids. Currently there are 3 of us out of the house and spread throughout different parts of the country. We all have webcams and we are all on some sort of highspeed internet. We're trying to organize a video chat with everybody on a weekly basis, but we can't find the right software. Currently, we're using IM4Cam, but people seem to not be able to see each other at times, and there's tons of lag. The text chat lags majorly at some times. Does anybody have any software recommendations?
