This morning www.wikipedia.de ceased to link the German content on de.wikipedia.org due to legal action filed against Wikimedia Germany. As the SPIEGEL, as German news magazine, reported, it has been confirmed by a lawyer of Wikimedia that it were the parents of the hacker 'Tron', who died 1998 under rather mysterious circumstances, who were sueing Wikimedia for violating their privacy.
