Journal: Redhat announces an "update for our customers and partners"

Redhat inc. made an announcement to react about claims coming from SCO. The announce is not really clear about what is the exact nature of the claims from SCO. However, RedHat inc. is firmly standing that "the claims are unsubstantiated. (...) [and that] no one has established publicly or in court that any UNIX code has been infringed."
