
Journal Journal: TD Bank online ?upgrade?
My bank TD Bank in the USA as they purchased Commerce Bank, decided to merge and upgrade their systems. Somthing went horribly wrong.
Since Friday The bank processes some debits right away and some deposits right away. However, my direct deposit is not there. I have called them and get the message "Your call can be completed at this time, please try again later". Calls to my branch which previously had reached a person now go to the branch closed voicemail.
I'm just a working slob who is paycheck to paycheck, deductions for 401K, health insurance, and the other smart things leave little wiggle room.
WTF
Go back the old working system, you did make that an option in your planning didn't you, especially for an upgrade this far reaching?
