Yesterday, 10/9/05, I asked for my sweetheart's hand in marriage. The ring looks so perfect on her hand, and I feel like the luckiest man alive.

Just moved into a new place, and Verizon offered their FIOS service there (they're just implimenting it in my area.) 30 mbps downstream, 5 mbps up, for $55. That's only $10 more than my RR service was, and 24 mbps faster downstream and over 4 mbps faster upstream (RR was like 256k!) I'm in love with the Internet all over again!
