Journal Journal: Nine Years, one Village.

Wow, nine years have gone by since I moved into this tiny Village I call home. One school for the children, one church in the Village, one Grocery store, one car dealership, one lake to fish and swim in, one theater, one fire engine to ride in, one great place to grow one family.

This story about the eyeglass printer had a unexpected outcome. Happy children. SAUL GRIFFITH NOTABLE INVENTIONS, COLLABORATIONS AND HOBBIES included HowToons.org "One-page cartoons that teach children about engineering by showing them how to build their own toys, games and inventions out of everyday household items." Not that anyone in our tiny village ever invented anything. ;-)

Journal Journal: Steve Railsback and "The Stunt Man"

Certainly one of the best things I did learn today was that that 1980 Cult Classic "The Stunt Man" is out on DVD. A small bit of happy news in the otherwise unhappy day in history.
