How do other countries treat their Overweight air hostesses?

The Recent Cyclone in Burma has left the country devastated. Now The UN and other agencies are rushing to provide help to the Burmese government. UN has , halted the supply due to the fact that the Burmese government (read , junta) is hashing up any attempts at proper distribution of the relief.
