I'm moderately drunk and figured I needed a journal entry.

I got myself a neuros for the holidays, but the damn windows 98se / via mvp3 drivers don't seem to like it. hard locks everything but the damn kitchen sink.

definately 98 related, as my laptop with 2k on it works fine, as does the same computer booted with a gentoo live cd.
