Journal: i'm not sure what to make of this...

well, here's a journal. i'm not entirely sure what to put into it.

Right now, i'm upgrading my gnome install via FreeBSD's ports system. It's nice, although it's also annoying since my current ports tree is somewhat half-baked. foo.

what i ought to do is just re-cvsup the whole thing and be done with it, but i have been somewhat dense and haven't actually bit the bullet.
