Journal Journal: Sacked WMD adviser: I won't lie

Yet more evidence that we were deceived and lied to by the government so that we would consent to the invasion of a third world country (Iraq). Below is a link to a Herald-Sun (Australian newspaper) report about an Australian defence official that was sacked because she would not lie and deceive the Australian public. She was asked to write propaganda a day before the invasion and she refused. Here is a quote from her:"I felt like I was part of the propaganda machine. As a public servant I shouldn't be expected to write propaganda."

I think she deserves a medal.
