I did not make a clear point this week and was labeled a troll. That's life.

I am concerned however about the tactics of the self-appointed trollslayers who solicit reward by the moderators - the officially-appointed trollslayers and resident karma police.

In short:

A self-appointed trollslayer who puts words in the mouth of his or her intended victim is at worse a troll him or herself and at best carries a very dull knife.

My favorite line:

'So which is it? I THOUGHT SO!'

This tactic is nothing more than a self-fulfilling idiocy but the karma police seem to fall for it.

As for use of vulgarity by self-appointed trollslayers, how the @#*& does that raise a karma rating?

This week I found that watching the fall of Baghdad on both BBC and CNN led to a significant reduction in my clarity of thought. Livid anger at the rhetoric surrounding the whole issue to be precise.

That led to bad writing and bad karma.
