Journal: Why I hate conference calls.

Ever get invited to join a conference call that takes an hour or more and never get asked a single question?

Sometimes it's like everyone thinks you HAVE to be there, yet no one ever asks your input. What does this mean?

have I gone past the point of true usefullness? Do people want me around in meetings/calls just so that I can hear them speak? I just don't get it.
