It was a great way to watch the Olympics, since you could just sign up for that month, and cancel immediately afterward. If I'd had my normal cable/internet provider give me TV service, I'd be on the hook for at least a year of service. Sad to see them go, I'll have to figure something else out for the next go round.

Why would any sane person want to route more traffic than necessary to Cloudflare? This is a massive data-mining scheme, and Mozilla should be ashamed to be cooperating with it.

Wait, it has a light side? ReCAPTCHA is entirely a cost to society, with zero benefits (except to Google).

Also note that in a capitalist society, one could simply not do business with AT&T. (Signing multi-year contracts with a company that makes major policy/service changes on a frequent basis is also a bad idea, BTW.)
