Well this is the first post here in my journal. Its nothing special or anything but its a place to write my own thoughts down as they come.

For this first entry being the beginging of the journal im gona talk about whatevers on my mind currently.

In my humble Opinion, The RIAA and MPAA are a bunch of fuckheads. Steve Jobs has a viable buisness model that the RIAA and MPAA should have adopted YEARS ago as technology improved. I for one will use the IMusic store if i have enough money to do so. The endless prosecution of individuals who have shared music online is appaling. Theres been no precident set against those shareing CD's or VHS takes. Theres been no prosecution against thouse running FTP servers that cater music files or movie files.

In the end its my opinion the RIAA and MPAA are a bunch of fuckheads.

The new digital war will not be fought on a battlefield or even on a computer. It will be faught in courts. The very notion of patenting a business process should be illegial! Its just a mater of time before something happens that will either doom American society or save it.

We need you obi wan kenobi, your our only hope.
