Journal Journal: My first +5 informative

http://slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=29024&cid=3118120

My first "+5 informative", I think. 'Course I've posted < 50 times in two years ...

Kinda silly, though, given the story and all the other posts making *almost* the same point. I just focused on one sentence a few words down from the sentence most of the other people focused on, mentioned this in a reply to the first +5 post, and I get a +4 for my "information". /. is funny. :)

Journal Journal: Like, wow, journals

Well, I feel better. A few days ago I saw "user last updated journal on xx:xx:xx" or something like that on somebody's comment, and I thought "/. has journals?" So I poke around a bit, and see you can choose your "friends" or whatever. I take a peek at CmdrTaco's journal, and at the bottom (his first entry), dated 7/31/2001, it says "So for shits and giggles /. supports journals now." Ahhhh, it's NOT a feature that /. has had all along and I've just missed. I feel better.

Tom, when and if you find this, drop me a line and say Hi! :)
