Journal: Most of my coworker are... cursors ?

Today, I found out that many of my coworkers (i work in an open space, full of pseudo web developers) are just... windows cursors.
At work, they just act as a cursor, only seeing what their cursor can reach, never using keyboard shortcuts, never searching for information outside the current screen display...
If their cursor can't reach something on their screen... the thing is just said "unreachable" (it may be some information about a framework installation, or best practices... or f*cking explanation about an algorithm, posted on our wiki).
I'm really sad to write such an awful story for my 1st journal entry.
The good part is that nobody will never read it.
