Journal Journal: Finally winning

After dealing with anxiety for ages (drugs helping but not really) I've finally worked out a technique to make me snap out of it. 1) Relaxing music 2) Lights off 3) Sit like a monk 4) Breath, thing about breathing. Think about nothing else. Keep doing this until you feel better. Even if it takes ages.
