Journal: Set a file open date.

I was sitting down before the computer the other day, and I found myself asking the following question.

How do you prevent a file from being opened before a specific date. For example, let say that an email is sent with a .docx attachment. However the file cannot be opened until date mmddyyyy. Is there anyway to set permissions to do this, or would it require some coding. Are macros the only option?
