Journal: SCO can go suck it

If this whole thing does not blow over and some (might i add shortsighted) judge decalers that SCO has the right to charge anyone who uses linux, then i dont see why someone does not go all the way back to pre IBM and SCO involvement, and fork the kernel, I dont see why it would be impossible, the linux kernel is GPLed correct? with all the involvements, it should not take too long to get back to the place we were pre sco.
