Journal: What is the best open source Exchange replacement

I am looking for a decent office calendaring system that can be used in a small office of 5 computers on various floors. Open Source is preferred, however all of our systems are running Windows XP x86 or Windows 7 x64. I may be able to run a Linux server as a VM on a slightly used computer.
