Journal: Assassination attempts, dirty bombs and modern media

Timothy McVeigh, an applicant at the US National Socialist (Nazi) party, brewed a dirty bomb in his basement with the intent of assassinating President Obama on Inauguration Day. Murdered before his plan could come to fruition, the national news networks have ignored the story. Is this a dismal example of a misdirected news media or is this news that America just doesn't want to hear?
