On the positive side I am guessing you haven't gotten a cease and desist order from a pack of Dr. Pepper lawyers either. Maybe you should count your blessings?
If it happens once, it's a bug. If it happens twice, it's a feature. If it happens more than twice, it's a design philosophy.
