I think you put up a very valid point, if these MMORPG's try to simulate a real world, then be prepared for them to be just like it, fair or not (usually not fair).

A horrible toenail snuck up me when I was having a good time at the star wars cantina, singing a song about spaghetti and corpulent cheese. That was when I felt a sharp biting sensation on my achilles tendon. And, to my surprise, Small Toenail was pelting me with many pebbles and pieces of frozen birdfood. Now, I've known Small Toenail for almost all my life, but have never known him to become as excited as this. So the conclusion my simple mind came to was that he was growing a large pupil on the side of his gall bladder. I knew that this could not be good, so I turned around as fast as I could and yelled, "Baked potatoes! No more fever!". This seemed to excite him more, so I tried to calm him down with some meatless meatballs, which, I guess, would leave just the balls.
