Journal: Exchange Server Replacement

Still looking for a piece of softare (or multiple pieces of software) that will act as a replacement for the Microsoft Exchange Server.
Preferably Open Source.
Must be compatible with Outlook and capable of group calendaring.
Found Samsung Connect, but the price was too high to consider it acceptable.
