I always like to use "[e-mail]" where domain.com is whichever website I'm out. While sure, it may not be the webmaster's fault that his company asks for email information when it's not necessary, but I feel it's appropriate to spam them rather than some poor smuck that's not involved at all. I like to see it as turning the tables on them.
