...if ever they end up with maglev trains and steam hauled trains stood side by side somewhere. China is the last big country to still have large numbers of steam locos on their mainline railways (used in anger, not as a tourist attraction). Because they have HUGE coalfields, this makes sense, but coal burning maglevs are unlikely to be on the cards anytime soon...
