Journal Journal: 'net pirate' Defends his downloading from KaZaa

I'm not sure if this story will get published or not but it's a great article!

I found this excellent editorial on the BBC web site that was written in response to this article about the RIAA going after and suing 'net pirates'. The editorial was written by an anonymous person and pretty much sums up all the problems and issues that the RIAA still can't seem to catch a clue about.

Earth to the RIAA!!! Come in RIAA!!

The World is moving from the Industrial Age into the Information Age and the collective Recording industry still haven't changed their business models accordingly.

Time for Proactive efforts instead of reactive efforts in going after these 'net pirates'.

What do you all think about the editorial? Does this editorial sum up the problems with the RIAA or are their other issues that weren't addressed?
