I just recently read that Hayao Miyazaki's film "Spirited Away" won the Oscar award for Best Animated Feature. Hurray! This makes me quite happy. I think good Anime has drawn far too little attention in the United States. It's good to know that there is some media coverage of it.

Well, I just found out that FFX-2 was released in Japan. Apparently it sold a whopping 1.2 million copies on the first day. The American release date appears to be October 18, 2003. This is much earlier than I could ever have expected. However, I will not complain. Final Fantasy X-2 can already be preordered on http://www.amazon.com for app. $50.00 (US).
