roro our company outsources its computer technicians. the consulting firm is a small one and at most they know how to manage ms access database files.
we send out automatically generated emails to customers for business. we do not deal with many tech-savvy people. today i read one of the emails instead of blindly sending it out like i had been for the past two days.
