So, here I am, a few years later again, and again I attempt a login. Holy cow, I remembered my password, and felt compelled to add yet another pointless post to my journal. So tell me, is anybody out there? Can anybody hear me?

Hi mom!

So, I decide to try to login to Slashdot for the first time in years. OMG it worked!

Now, why the hell did I come here again?

To let everyone know, this is going down on my permanent record. My god, what will happen if I run for president some day, and some nosy journalist digs up this post? Will I be blackmailed? Will they demand to know whose wives I've been borking? Will they try to dig further, and discover these transgressions that I have alluded to?

These questions may never be answered. What I do know is that this may or may not be read by someone else. So, am I talking to myself, or am I talking to you? If I talk to you and you are not around to hear me, am I still talking?

..I have this nifty journal thing. Should I bear my soul for all the /. hordes to see? Should I spill the proverbial beans on all my past transgressions? Should I detail my affairs with highly influential wives throughout the land? We shall have to wait and see.

One thing is for sure though. This is here, and here it is. The people will wander around and suppose, while only the secret who sits in the middle knows.
