Yes, they are trying to kill off blu-ray, 5-10 years from now. I know it can be hard to read them but the summary states that they have announced the development of the laser diode. They haven't released a product, they haven't come up with specs, they haven't even created a single diode yet. This product is years and years off. Stop whining.

About 2 to 3 times a week for the past 10 years with 3 different models of printers between my house and my in-law's house. I think one of them jammed once. I don't remember it taking very long to unjam. They do put quite a few orange shipping stickers on the printers. Maybe that's why mine don't jam very often. I wish there was an easier way to find the print heads though. That was the only reason I replaced one of my printers, I had plenty of ink but the print head had a few nozzles clogged.

Submission + - MythTV 0.22 Released

uyguremre writes: After a little over a year and a half in the making, the developers of MythTV announced that MythTV 0.22 is now available. There have been a lot of large changes since 0.21, including a port from Qt v3 to Qt v4 and a major UI rewrite to convert to MythTV's new MythUI user interface libary.
As always, this release adds support for some new hardware, in this case VDPAU video acceleration, DVB-S2, and the Hauppauge HD-PVR. The MythUI toolkit allows themes much greater control over the user interface and today we're announcing a competition to design new themes for MythTV. With the new release comes a theming competition too.
For a more complete list of changes and new features, read the Release Notes on the wiki.

I'm not a doctor so could you please explain to me how kickstarting my immune system against a specific strain of disease will compromise my immune system? I'd understand if a vaccine was designed to fight off the disease on their own but they're not. They prime your own immune system to start building up the immunities on its own. At least, that's kinda how my doctor explained them to me. Maybe my doctor doesn't know as much about vaccines as you do.
