Like most Apple iproducts the ibox it came in looks OK. When are they going to take the iyacht out of the box?
It pains me to say anything good about US customs, but
US customs operates at the Toronto Airport (maybe a couple of others too?). That way flights from Toronto can go to directly to US cities without US customs facilities.
So, don't use the "Metro" stuff. It's really, really easy not to... just run in the desktop! You know, like you have been doing for years.
It's amazingly easy, just stick with 7 and you don't even have to turn Metro off. For the desktop and serious laptop, 8 is a solution in search of a problem.

Religion is a system that takes advantage of people not being satisfied with not understanding. It scratches that itch by giving its adherents a false understanding of the world.
