Fortunately, it does support paste (on Windows 7 anyway) - just right-click to get the context menu.
That fails the consideration requirement of contract law. If you were providing a service or something of value, then it would probably have a similar legal status to EULAs (which AFAIK have not been tested in court).

One of my favourite things about the internet is that most things are free. Usually this is because they are supported by advertising. The main reasons people hate ads are because they disrupt viewing and consume resources. Consider whether it's really necessary to block the text and image based ads, or only the Flash based ones. Even if ABP is ported to Chrome, I will continue to use only FlashBlock.
I find that FlashBlock works fine. It's easy enough to ignore text and static image ads, and almost no one uses gifs anymore.
What would you do if this happened?
Couldn't one of the lawyers push for a mistrial if there is an error in the jury's instructions? I know something similar happened in the Jammie Thomas case.
The problem is that almost no-one has heard of it, outside of lawyers, etc. Why doesn't the defendant or his lawyer ever mention it? It's a factual statement that potentially offers him a way out.

Get a law passed that requires the 'anonymous tip' to be stored as part of the evidence. If it's a phone call, record it, etc.
Bit-tech also took a look at the graphical differences, arriving at this conclusion: "You'd need a seriously keen eye and brown paper envelope full of cash from one of the creators of Dirt 2 to notice any real difference between textures in the two versions of DirectX."
I've seen it, and the difference is like night and day! Well worth the extra $$$.
On a completely unrelated note, I have never seen so much green in one little brown package.

You know, the difference between this company and the Titanic is that the Titanic had paying customers.
