I'm not seeing the same diligence to undo the deletion of digital content from Youtube. Left-wing Russian critics, Abby Martin, and Chris Hedges have had entire catalogs of material deleted with zero recourse. I presume that their 'free speech' rights were revoked because they each have a long history of pointing out American hypocrisy about invading other countries and sharing criticisms of the military-industrial complex.

You're not wrong; however, no company is completely faultless in the asshole category. Roku is trying to squeeze more money out of their platform, including through monetization of their customers.

While I have no doubt Google is pulling shit, Roku is no better and we shouldn't believe a word they push out when they are in platform contract negotiations like this. It's not the first time Roku has been in this situation and it won't be the last.

It took only a few minutes for me to upgrade my 'Legacy' 2016 model Lenovo laptop to WiFi-6 and BT 5.1 using a US$25 intel AX200 kit. It was just a matter of disconnecting the old WiFi card and installing the new one. The replaced M.2 card actually does connect at 2400 Mbps to my WiFi-6 router, though actual speeds are certainly slower. Other notebook PCs might be harder (or impossible to upgrade), but Lenovos are pretty easy to work on.

Before you try this on your own machine, make sure you research any BIOS blacklists / whitelists from your PC's manufacturer, to determine if they prevent you from upgrading hardware.

If you get paid on the 30th, your deposit was typically funded 2 business days prior, and your bank only told you on the morning of the 30th.

It sounds like Greenwood is doing what USAA and some other customer-friendly banks do: they're clearing the transaction immediately after it's funded, instead of waiting for the pay date, so customers get their money sooner with no associated fees.

There is added evidence that this is what Greenwood is doing on the Greenwood website, where the fine print talks about the availability and timing of early direct deposit varying from pay period to pay period based on payor specific details. Such details would be irrelevant to a payday loan.

There is no evidence, that I've seen, that it's a payday loan scam.

Not arguing this method works; it does. Just know that Affiliate marketing tactics are generally a SUPER small portion of a marketing budget (1% or smaller in many cases)--because they don't really work all that well to do anything except attract new customers for a one-time purchase.

It also tends to do well only with retail marketing, because you aren't going to get promo codes for other types of businesses. There are many different types of marketing which go above and beyond the limited scope of retail.
