Users get upset when the server is rebooted/restarted on short notice.
You get alot of "I need two weeks in advance to prepare for this" complaints.
Java is also used heavily on the browser in Colleges and Universities (Higher Ed.) for rich text editors, chat rooms and some other educational content.

Either way if contested will not survive in court.
Contracts are void if found to be illegal.

Woof!!
The locks appeared to be safe initially but were not fully tested to this type of attack.
Hindsight is 20/20. They should have spent more on testing against these hacking attacks, but how much would that be?

If you are in Medicine, you will be wasting your time taking more than a page of notes.
There is such an incredible amount of information in all things medical that you just have to decide what material to read that will match your Teacher's theme and topics. You can probably download somebody else's notes that highlights the important points, pharma doses, lab figures, etc.
You have to read, review, listen to videos and then read some more. Take a look at what Kaplan offers for example.
Lawsuit?

I think we are almost on the same page... the big assumption here is that using parameters (like the country parameter) can be and should be user defined, thus the value read from a user provided selection, configurable text file, etc will be passed to the Factory object.
Still mentioning DLLs makes me think on how to implement it, on Windows...
Reference the NULL within NULL, it is the gateway to all wizardry.
