This is just an electric variant of an existing vehicle category in France. They're practically classified as bikes as long as they weight less than 450kg and their top speed is less than 45kmph.

So what they did was look up the correlation between the average annual global cloud cover and extrapolate it? Global cloud cover has been in steady decline the last decades and nobody is contesting we've had some global warming. Great job scientists, real rocket science there!

The blockchain Bitcoin is based on is by design public. It's not used to hide transactions.In this case it is used to bypass cumbersome banking regulations which would have blocked the payments.
