So DNA has 4 symbols instead of 2. That accounts for at most a factor of 2 in storage density. So DNA's storage density has far more to do with other factors than the mere fact of having more symbols.

Everyone already has throttling. You pay for a plan with a max speed, and they throttle it to that. The datacap should whatever you could theoretically maximally transfer at max speed running all day every day.
Anything else is bullshit. There is no cost to the ISP to you transferring more or less data in a month beyond the instantaneous bandwidth.

And if the question in the poll had asked "what will happen in the 2020s" you would have a point.
The first decade is from 1 to 10, the second from 11 to 20 etc. Otherwise the first decade would only have 9 years, and that's nonsensical.
The 1900s is from 1900 to 1999. But the 19th century is from 1801 to 1900. The current century is from 2001 to 3000.
The current decade is from 2011 to 2020.

If people NEED all of those things maybe they NEED to pay mozilla to keep supporting those version of firefox.
Especially people who NEED it because of corporate environments.
What exactly is stopping all those people who NEED it so badly from downloading the sources, backporting the patch and compiling it themselves?
Seems like the NEED is not so great if they aren't even willing to go that far.
