Just so I'm clear, it's only diversity when there are externally visible genetic factors, even if there equally authoritarian, liberal, or whatever.... but simply having diversity of thinking isn't a qualifying factor.
I get the strong impression that increased funding would have to go to the individuals rather than the organization.
