Seriously, the original poster needs to hire someone that is an industry expert in Utility Communications. Disclaimer: I work for this division, but we do this stuff every day and it's not the kind of thing you want to try doing on your own. In the worst instances, there are no second chances.

I can vouch for this as well. I tried to buy a foreclosure house, owned by Wells Fargo. After 6 months of placing a good offer on the home, and trying to find someone that CAN sell the home, I gave up. It was a shame, I think they eventually took less than my offer. I just couldn't wait around any more. They obviously didn't care if they lose money or not. I initially thought they were just overloaded with foreclosures, but I now think they were just incompetent. I'm sure they can operate for quite a while using government funding.

I've used this software long ago, and can say that it works using 1 single XP Pro computer. Perhaps this is what the OP is looking for.

BeTwin (By ThinSoft) It uses XP's fast user switching to allow two users simultaneously on two different monitors.

At the time, I was looking for a way to have two users input at the same time in one microsoft word document (basically two cursors, so two people could edit the same document onscreen simultaneously). I never found it. But I did find this cool little app along the way.

Submission + - No surround sound in Vista?

Kane22 writes: A CNET article points out that according to audio experts Creative, Windows Vista will not support surround sound or EAX audio on a huge number of PC games. Nor will DVD movie surround sound be possible unless users splash out on expensive Dolby-enabled versions of their playback software. The reason: Microsoft has removed the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) for Vista — a piece of software that lets applications talk to your sound card. Games such as Call of Duty 2, World of Warcraft, F.E.A.R. and any other title that uses DirectSound3D (part of the DirectX application programming interface used to create many games) will have no surround sound or advanced hardware audio features as a result. No HAL or EAX means gamers are stuck with plain old stereo. ult.No HAL means gamers are stuck with plain old stereo.
