Interstellar was disappointingly stupid. Stupid people making stupid decisions then god saving them all in the end.

You should add "... in the United States". The world is bigger than the USA, you know. There are lots of places where pirating makes just as much sense now as it did 10 years ago.
His lips are moving.
This "vaccine" was tested on 38 healthy people and produced 142 adverse effects in them. It's effectiveness against covid-19 is unknown. All we know is that 38 healthy adults got mildly sick from it.
Because it forces me to comply with a certain ideology which has nothing to do with my work.
It's not just the image reasons. Mac is the only platform for running Xcode. No Xcode - no iOS apps. We will know that Apple is killing the laptop/desktop business when Xcode is released for Windows or Linux.
Stop spreading fake news. Dinosaurs are alive and well. Where is that fact checking web site?
You seem to like analogies. I like them too. Here is one for you to ponder.
Horses were domesticated 5-6 thousand years ago. For thousands of years they had plenty of jobs: carrying riders and cargo, plowing, spinning wheels. Then in a historical blink of an eye, in 40 or 50 years nearly all the horse's jobs were gone. All horses have now is entertainment and sports.
Do you think human intelligence is somehow special that it will never be overtaken by machines?
Unlike you, it seems.
Classy. Why are you Greta Thunberg Witnesses always resort to personal attacks when you lose the argument?
Why do we only see these extreme fire events now?
You claimed that you read and understood the article. Apparently you read only what confirmed your bias.
Science never strictly proves anything.
Can they show experimental evidence with enough sigma? No? Why not?
If you actually read that article
So, you read the article. Nice. Now you know that CA wild fires have nothing to do with climate change. Care to correct your statement to the contrary that you made earlier?
First, it doesn't work like "if they are right". It's on them to prove they are right. Otherwise what if that dude on the corner is right about the Second coming? Or L.Ron Habbard is right?
Second, CA wildfires are due to idiotic policies of socialists: https://www.sfchronicle.com/sc...
are wrong? So, yet another two top "scientists" (Climatology is not science) are making yet another prediction that we are going to die soon. They will get the benefits of the public exposure: called "top scientists", people will talk about them. They will get invited as speakers here and there, maybe will publish a book and make a buck. OK, that I understand. But what if they are wrong? Is their career going to be ruined like it's ruined for Martin Fleischmann and Stanley Pons? Of course not. We won't know if they are right or wrong for another 20 or 50 years when they are dead and their predictions are long forgotten. So what's the actual material downside to them in making more and more apocalyptic predictions? How are they going to pay if they are wrong?

Yes in theory, no in practice. Pichai answers to Page only. No one else can fire him, no BoD, not even Brin.
I lived in California until 2017. Me & my wife had two cell numbers, first TMobile, then Google Fi. We paid ~$100/month with tmob, then ~$70 with Fi. We moved across the pond. Now we have three cell numbers (one for our daughter). I pay $7/month for 10 gig of data and $3 for everything else. My wife pays around $8, daughter $5. The country also has 4 cell providers.
"You will chose a harder monetary policy than Gold" -- funny. Gold was replaced by fiat exactly because it was not permissive enough. One cannot mint gold at will.
It's a well known fact that softer currency always replaces the harder one in circulation.
