The bottom line is does this create a moral hazard by giving Apple a major tax break that is not available to every other company. The bottom line is that this is a corrupt practice.

There is overwhelming evidence that mask mandates are just theater. As much evidence as the TSA being pointless. But, both will stay for the same reason. It increases the power of the fascists.

The CDC get the task of reviewing the science and advising government agencies. They are not tasked with and sort of balancing or considering practical limitations.
