Well, in theory the so called democracy isn't to elect the best for the people, its for what the people (supposed) wants more; some sort of coliseum games. btw; I have been your comments related to altimeters/FAA/5G, and You seems to be an old sea wolf (no offense intended) in several fields, if it isn't too much bother, could You suggest me some bibilography about RF/Altimeters/Normative; I am someone related to electronics, aviation and the regulations about it and I'm trying to carry out a test to verify/deny in order to pass it to a board and try to release and ammend over aeronautic/aeronavigation safety over there. But first I want to update the state of the art, develop a methodology and process to run on field and the proper evaluation. This is strictly personal (In the sense I'm doing it on my own and without paywall of anyone and anything). And I'm aware it is a long shot , (and in fact, it's clear there are interference,not only with the radar devices but all electronic/electric devices , power lines, etc, the quid is to assest if this is enough to tamper or alter to a dangerous level the operation of the instruments).
