The customers of your webapp may tolerate continuous deployments and the inevitable rollbacks, but not all of us are so lucky. After their production network crashes and burns because of our product, we quickly learned that paying customers will take the latest release and park it in their lab for 6 months or a year before risking it on their live network. Agile is great for keeping devs accountable and on track, but real software cannot be continuously released.
