I'm not attacking, I'm asking. I didn't say you are wrong about anything.

Sorry, I just accepted the spellcheck that said I spelled methylphenidate wrong. It still wants me to change that, which I have googled this time to be sure I'm right, to methamphetamine. However, without changing the topic here, all stimulants prescribed for ADD are only different dosages, with the same similar effects on developing brains, so it's not like the point was changed.

I did detail what I said you were speaking both sides of, without ever saying you're wrong about anything--because I am asking. You had said methylphenidate had changed a generation of men's brains, and then in that other post I replied to above, I'd said "In the other thread you're saying it's from brain changes taking" *methylphenidate* "while brains are developing, and then you're talking about it like it's everyone in a generation, including your son who never took it." Then, I say, and here is the ask "If there is a thesis in all your posts, I'm missing it."

I detailed the logical inconsistency, and thought the ask was clear. So clear I'm quoting myself to ask again.

It seems though like you're kind of all over the place with this. In the other thread you're saying it's from brain changes taking methamphetamine while brains are developing, and then you're talking about it like it's everyone in a generation, including your son who never took it. If there is a thesis in all your posts, I'm missing it.

Bicycling is both resistance training and cardio. What mix is based on how you go at it. For me it was mostly "weights," in a group, I would pedal half or less as much as all the other guys, in a much higher gear. My legs got huge. You don't build much muscle running, there is never the opportunity to increase the load/resistance/weight. You can get a bit, if you started undersized for your body size/weight, but in general, all you are doing is getting very toned.
