I don't know, but my guess is that Dell has a supply side contract problem. If they have been sourcing from hardware vendors, under contracts, that need firmware blobs to drive their chips, then Dell may have run into problems getting Android to run properly on the hardware Dell can build with....

A study of congressmen and women has determined that their brain cells are made from urine. Until this study it was assumed they had no brains or, if a brain existed, then it was made of feces. But the newest studies show that the brain cells of congress, and quite possibly all other government personnel worldwide are made from urine. Where the urine comes from is still a mystery, however it's effectiveness as brain material is still considered to be quite low. "We knew their heads had to be full of something besides feces." a scientist associated with the new study stated.

This is how the Federal Reserve Notes in circulation, you know, those crinckly bills in your pocket have their value secured by "The Good faith and credit of the United States" and contains the details of what that is and how it is done. Specifically, and without generalities, as is a requirement of any banking law or rule. If this system is honest, and I'm assuming it is since I can't READ THE HONEST TEXT, it will show that each individual is bonded for a certain amount of value and that value is then used to secure the value of the circulating notes. But more importantly, the surity, which is the individual who is bonded to secure that series of notes, is a "surity with interest". That is to say that the surity, the person who is the source and garantee of the value of the bond(s) holds the primary interest in the value (ownership) and that the bond(s) are issued in trust by the Treasury, that is if it is honest.....If not, then the surity is without interest, which is Bankerese for "slave" or "indentured servant". But that would not be in "good faith" now would it?

So the big question to all the Slashdotters out there is this; What is the text of Subchaper XIII? It is ommited from the public record but that also means it is still on the books! WHAT DOES THIS SUBCHAPTER SAY EXACTLY? CAN ANYONE FIND A RELIABLE COPY OF THIS LAW?"

Capitalism does not concentrate power. Power is the first use of force and the belief that first use of force is yours to use at will. That is power. Capitalism does not condone first use of force let alone concentrate it. Only a forced monopoly can do that. Statism concentrates power. Capitalism distributes wealth in one form, such as valuable goods and services in exchange for another form of wealth, money. There is no concentration of wealth unless the money is fake, in which case the concentration of wealth comes from a monopoly to create the fake money. That is the problem today, the central bank with a monopoly to create fake money given to them by the polititians who think they have a monopoly on the power to force people to accept it!

The moon is heavily populated. Go look for your self. www.mapaplanet.org and have a look. I found a station the size of Alemeda there over the weekend on the farside (53.77Long x -32.28lat), and most of the craters either have buildings in them or have been domed over with what looks like ice. They glow in the UV band from whatever their power/light sources are. This whole "We are the only ones in the neighborhood" crap is just that, CRAP! They are here, leaving us alone for the most part and living NICELY on the Moon!

Today, we human beings live in a global society made up of many nations, many people, many cultures, and a nearly completely global economic system. Anywhere one might go in the world today, one will find others from other places, other cultures, other countries and speaking other languages, usually in addition to English. We can reach each other via our Internet technology, our communications technology and our high speed air travel technology. Today, there is no longer a clear line between countries, economies, and mutual trade, or even families and friends.

But there is a clear line forming once again in our experience of all of this greatness of movement and wonders of technology. That clear line is being drawn by tyrants, who, by the positions of their persons in government or banks, see themselves as the holders of all that they can see, and the rulers of all they can agree must be done for their own ends. Nowhere and at no time is their effort to preserve the rights of free people, but is instead aimed at the subjugation of those people and the intimidation of those people, and the imprisonment of those people, and the control of those people, economically and through the devices of government.

Government of any kind has a single duty if it is to call itself the defender of the people. That duty is to preserve the rights of those people by protecting them from tyranny. When in the course of things such a government can be seen to do the opposite in the name of justice and freedom, then it is necessary to divorce oneself from that government, and to do so without divorcing oneself from the people whom he loves.

But unlike the days of old, and, even though we as individuals can move from anywhere on the planet Earth to any other place on Earth in a matter of hours, we cannot escape the tyranny that now presents itself as global, and, is determined to make it’s global nature absolute.

Whereas: Tyranny has gained a global reach, and
Whereas: Economic freedom is not possible in daily life, and
Whereas: Government has been corrupted by economic rather than principled concerns, and
Whereas: True representation in a democratic system is no longer possible, and
Whereas: People, places and things are treated as collateral, and
Whereas: Rule of Law has been replaced with monopoly power and Corporate dominance, and
Whereas: People are found guilty before trial by cause of legislation or orders of the corporations, and
Whereas: People can be detained indefinitely without fair trial in a court of Justice, and
Whereas: Force is used against persons without cause, to seize, kidnap and steal in the name of the State, Bank, or Corporation, and
Whereas: People cannot leave the Earth to find a free home,

It's called tyranny. It is the presumption of guilt at work, finding guilt to be guilty. It is the first use of force applied to someone who represents their presumption of guilt. There is no due process because there are no rights present in the "guilty". Innocent until proven guilty MUST be the assumption, or justice doesn't exist. Tyranny is the only alternative to justice when the presumption of guilt is allowed. "But if we did that we couldn't make the laws work!" Too bad tyrant! "But if we did that, we can't win the war on________!" Too bad tyrant! "But if we do that, everyone is innocent!" Yeah, too bad tyrant! "If we are all innocent, then nobody will do as they are told!" Told by WHO? To do WHAT? WHY? Free people do what they can. Slaves do what the tyrants tell them, or else.....Take Down!

It's the private sector: schools, colleges, corporations, parents, etc. who you really need to watch out for." I'm afraid that this statement is patently false. The State has the power. Not the private sector. The state has the power of "first use of force" and will use it when it is needed by the state. The private sector has only the power of "denial of service", or "the power to abstain". It's not your fellow citizens that are your problem, it is the state that controls and influences them via that control that is your problem!

Gold, Silver, Commodity Money is a desireable thing because it eliminates your dependence upon the Fed or any other central bank to do business. It's not having a standard based on a stable tangible commodity that is causing the "crisis". The third world has seen this before. In Zimbabwe, gold was the only thing that could buy food when a wheelbarrow full of central bank notes couldn't. There is no problem with the economy that wasn't a direct result of the Central Bank and it's monopoly. How do you think the control happens? Magic? It's the monopoly on the creation of the currency that is the control. More of it means less value for you. The currency, the "Trillions of Dollars" that people seem to think is so much and so big and so valuable is actually worth NOTHING to the bank that created it! Get off your knees and stop being a sucker for central banking! Get back to a sound commodity currency and 100% reserve banking.
