they cant because parody is protected under free speech and DONT require permission to make distribute or sell
ask weird al the supreme court ruled a long time ago that parody is protected and not infringing just weird al likes to maintain good relationships with artists
so nows all we have to do is tag everything with parody and the RIAA and MPAA cant touch anyone brilliant
