My wife's account with her real name closed arbitrarily by facebook together with her somewhat popular pages and groups. Reason: fake account. She scanned and sent her id and everything. Only response from facebook says this decision is final and cannot be reversed. So I am saying, fuck your policies Mark.

Why not just use a horse? Costs less, more reliable, powered by renewable resources ... the horse.

Because you cannot install a radio & a gps to a horse, and send it to battle field without a human rider.

No, Apple's "objective" is to sue every other smart phone maker out of business so they can be the only player left in the market. Once Samsung is out of the way, they'll move on to HTC or some other Android based phone manufacturer.

Why? Because their legal department can't multitask?

Producing genetic material by copying and/or modifying existing material isn't creating from scratch. It's like forking the Linux kernel, and claiming to have written it from scratch.

The price tag of course. If new releases of Windows were $30 upgrades like OSX, and upgrades were just like installing a new program from the web, I would upgrade every year. That's my excuse. However my observation is that many people hated Vista, and chose to skip that version, and when Windows 7 was out their hardware was too old to install an expensive upgrade.
