The ruling means that Samsung is not liable for $399 million awarded to Apple in a previous lower court ruling for infringing on Apple's iPhone design. That figure represented profits from 11 Samsung smartphone models.

Because people take it as cannon whatever our scientists say as fact, just because we [Humans] haven't achieved something yet that aliens have done already or now saying they are 'extinct' because we haven't heard from them yet. But seeing all the UFO sightings, etc. say otherwise!

That's all they are to me, if I want music on vinyl, then I'll go to a used record store and get the music that I listened to back in the late '70s and some of the '80s on real vinyl records with all the hisses & pops that go along with them. If I want a CD, then I'll go and buy a CD, but I will not waste my money on Vinyl CDs!

'AMD will use two 16-core CPUs on a single die with a next-generation interconnect' Which is what Intel more or less did when they first came out with their dual-core CPUs, to try and catch up with AMD at the time who had dual-core CPUs on a single die.
